What is Krav Maga?
The Hebrew word Krav means combat or battle, Maga means contact or touch, it is the self defence system taught to the Israeli millitary and law enforcement.

Do I need any previous martial arts experience?
No, Krav Maga is structured around the body’s natural instincts, to the extent possible, they are further developed to become instinctive responses.

Do I need to be in good physical shape?
No. Krav Maga is primarily a self defence system and is suitable for young and old alike, however, you will find that as you train you will benefit from the exercise, depending on how you apply yourself you will find increased cardiovascular endurance and improved musculature and tone.
